Fleet Care UK Ltd have been in the trailer repair business since 1991 providing a quality maintenance and repair service for a variety of trailers.

Rather than paying externally for brake testing services for these trailers, Fleet Care UK decided to purchase a BM20200 Commercial Mobile Brake Tester from us to save themselves time and money. By law, trailers must have their brakes tested after every vehicle inspection which as you can imagine can become very time consuming and costly. With their new V-Tech BM20200 Commercial Mobile Brake Tester all brake testing can be done in-house by their very own team, after having been fully trained on the equipment by our experts. Upon installation the V-Tech Engineers take time to teach the staff how to operate the BM20200 Commercial Mobile Brake Tester and perform a professional brake testing service.

V-Tech were delighted to install the ATL bay (Class 4) for Dave Chapman LTD. A thriving local business Dave Chapman LTD, specialises in vehicle services, MOT, mechanical problems and tyres.The V-Tech ATL bay installation include, BM 4010 Brake Tester, Head Lamp Aligner, Gas Analyser, Smoke Meter, Scissor Lift, 2 Post Lift and Jacking Beam.

All the equipment we install at V-Tech comes with full DVSA approval. The lift is a European Scissor Lift, Electro Hydraulic model, built in Play Detectors and full safety features, including pressure safety valves and mechanical locking system. This is a very popular lift for MOT and ATL bay install installations, hard wearing and reliable with an additional 2 ton manual jacking beam, the lift also comes with radius plates built into the runners next to the play detectors. Other features include a wired remote control which doubles as a øashlight for checking the underside of the vehicle.
