The BM7110 Roller Brake Tester is strong in-ground brake tester for light vehicles with axle load up to 3500 kg.

The design of the BM7110 roller brake tester is unique as it allows for split bed installation over an inspection pit.
This brake tester features a large range of options that allows for a customized configuration.

- All steel is of highest quality and hot galvanized.
- Consists of an integral motorized gear box, two main rollers and a spring loaded sensor roller, all placed in a galvanized steel frame.

Advantages
- IT system using latest app technology for smartphone and tablet (Windows and Android).
- Split bed roller set makes it possible to install over an inspection pit.
- The display can be mounted either on the wall, saving floor space, or on floor column devices, that are designed so equipment is protected even when floor is cleaned with chemicals. It can also be mounted on a trolley making it easy to move around.
- Completely flush-floor. When roller cover plates are placed on top of the roller bed, the BM7110 becomes one with the workshop floor making it easy to drive over it from any angle.
Installation
- Hot galvanized subframes can be concreted into the ground before the actual brake tester is installed.
- The subframes ensures easier planning and implementation of installation as well as correct alignment of the brake tester during concreting.
- Can be installed both indoor and outdoor in most environments from -30ºC to 60°C and humidity up to 95.
- Special conversion subframes available to retrofit directly in to the recesses from other brake tester brands, i.e. Kismet, Crypton, Tecalemit.
Applications
- Normal workshops performing repair of any light vehicles.
- Vehicle inspection bodies.
- Caravan/trailer workshops. A special subframe is available allowing one roller bed to be slided sideways. The test wheel span can be increased or decreased to allow test on the sidest caravan or narrowest trailer.
